Back - To - School

• Our Back-To-School program collaborates with local partners, including Walmart and Arkansas City Kiwanis, to supply essential school materials to children in Cowley County​

​Birthday Box​

• In partnership with the Arkansas City Kiwanis, the program provides each child with cake, icing, decorations, candles, and a special gift to make their celebrations a little sweeter​

Clothing

• Thanks to generous donations from Walmart and community members, we offer a diverse range of new and gently used clothing, including professional attire and work essentials like scrubs and steel-toe boots, to support individuals and families facing need.​

Cowley County Santa Kids

• The Cowley County Santa's Kids program, supported by local businesses, manufacturers, and generous community members, ensures every child in Cowley County experiences Christmas joy by providing gifts to those in need.​

Holiday Programs

• When inventory allows, we offer seasonal support including Valentine's Day decorations, Easter baskets, $200 worth of fireworks, Arkalalah festival bracelets, Halloween costumes and treats, and Thanksgiving meals, helping families celebrate special occasions.​

Households Items

• Thanks to donations from Walmart and community members, we provide essential items, both new and gently used to individuals and families rebuilding their lives after crises like domestic abuse, fires, or other hardships​

Hygiene Products

• Thanks to Simply Hygiene and community donations, we distribute essential hygiene products to individuals in need​

Narcan Distribution Box

• We offer Narcan and drug testing kits to individuals struggling with addiction and those taking proactive steps, provided without question or paperwork​

Pantry

• Our pantry is made possible by support from Arkansas City United Methodist Church, local schools, churches, organizations, and community members. We offer pickup and delivery options for food boxes. This program helps to bridge the gap to those facing food disparities

Prescriptions and Co-Pays

• This program provides financial assistance for prescriptions costs and copays, helping bridge the gap for individuals facing health disparities​

Rental and Utility Assistance

• We collaborate with landlords, utility companies, and local churches to raise funds and help families and individuals avoid eviction and disconnection, allowing them to stay in their homes.​

TEFAP Commodities

• This state-funded program provides monthly food boxes to eligible families, based on income guidelines, with options for pickup or delivery

Vital Paperwork

• This program helps individuals obtain essential documents like IDs, birth certificates, and social security cards, and covers GED class fees​
